Cindy Giardina
![]() | Cindy Giardina is the Founder and President of Kaleidoscope Coaching Services established in September 2003. Cindy is a Certified Professional Coach through the Coaches Training Institute; and earned her credentialing as an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaches Federation. Cindy specializes in working with adults and college student who have the talent of ADHD. In addition to her coach training, she has completed the advanced ADHD coach training program through ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy) as well as the comprehensive foundation of ADHD coach training through the American Coaching Association. Committed to continuing her education, professional and personal growth, Cindy has recently completed a 10-month Leadership program through the Coaches Training Institute. Cindy entered the field of coaching in 2003; she understands first hand and has experienced the obstacles, challenges and demands one encounters in balancing their personal and professional lives. Cindy recognizes the need for individuals to not only meet their obligations, but to allow themselves the time they need to learn and explore their own personal passions and potential. Cindy returned to college as an adult for her bachelors degree and at age 42 was diagnosed with AD/HD and LD. During that time she also was advocating and working with her son also diagnosed with AD/HD and LD. In 2002, she graduated earning a BA in Sociology (with honors) and minor in Human Services; This experience started Cindy on the path of coaching and empowering others effected by ADHD..... she is on the Board of Directors with the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA); Co-organizer for the ADHD Coaching Monthly Forum with the Coaches Training Institute and is the co-founder and co-leader of the ADHD Book Club. |
