Laura Rolands is the founder of MyAttentionCoach.com. She is a coach whose passion is to support, lead and inspire clients to improve their attention, productivity and success. Her clients include students, adult and organizations looking for help with time management, productivity, organization, procrastination and other challenges related to ADD or AD/HD. Prior to establishing her business, Laura spent over fifteen years as a Human Resources professional and executive in the automotive industry where she was recognized as a top performer and a leader. Much of her time was spent coaching employees and managers. Laura has been recognized as an AD/HD Expert by OrganizedWisdom.com, named as one of "50 Special Ed Teachers and Experts Worth Following on Twitter" by MastersInSpecialEducation.com and one of "8 Great ADD/ADHD Resources to Follow on Twitter" on the Friendship Circle Blog. Laura is a member of Children and Adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD), AD/HD Coaches Organization, International Coach Federation, Troy Chamber of Commerce, Troy Business and Education Roundtable (2010 Chairperson). Laura graduated from Michigan State University in 1991 and received her Masters from Cornell University in 1993. She has furthered her education by training with JST Coaching, LLC in the following courses: Coaching Teens and College Students with AD/HD, Coaching Kids Ages 8-12 with AD/HD. In addition to her work as an Attention Coach, Laura was the Research Assistant on the first ever national study to investigate the benefits of AD/HD coaching for college students.
