ADDClasses.com Privacy Policy

Information you put in your personal profile including your name can be viewed by other members who are enrolled in courses with you. Email addresses by default are also shown in your profile and are viewable by other course members. Members have the option of hiding their email addresses from other course members by editing their personal profile. Members may use their last initial instead of their last name in their profiles.

ADDClasses.com instructors also have access to the information members put into their ADDClasses.com profiles. ADDClasses.com instructors will only use members' contact information for course related communication. ADDClasses.com instructors will not share members' contact information.

Tara McGillicuddy (Director), Darcee Sellers (Membership Services), Melissa Doherty (Programming Assistant), and John MacKenzie (Special Assistant) have access to the full names, contact information and which paid programs members have participated or are participating in. This information is kept confidential and is only used for billing and administrative purposes.

ADDClasses.com sends out information by email about upcoming courses and programs on a weekly basis to all members. Reminders about important events are occasionally sent out more than once per week.
